Eligibility

7-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • You contact us using the email below

  • The purchase is a first-time enrollment for that customer/email

Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible.

How Refunds Are Processed

PayPal

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method

  • Processing time is subject to PayPal (often 3–10 business days)

  • PayPal fees may be non-refundable depending on PayPal policy

M-Pesa

  • Approved refunds are returned to the same M-Pesa number used at checkout

  • Processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on the mobile network

  • M-Pesa fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider

How to Request a Refund

Email info@spotlightinafrica.com with:

  • Full name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Payment method (PayPal or M-Pesa)

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request (optional)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The 7-day window has passed

  • The course was purchased previously by the same user/email

  • Abuse of the refund policy is suspected

  • Access was terminated due to Terms violations (e.g., content sharing)
